VITU(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 AI 캐릭터 대화 서비스(이하 "서비스")에서 이용자의 개인정보가 어떻게 수집, 이용, 보관, 파기되는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

가. 회원가입 시 수집

  3. 고객 지원: 문의 응대, 공지사항 전달, 분쟁 해결
  4. 광고 제공: 서비스 내 맞춤형 광고 게재 (Google AdMob)
  5. 안전 및 보안: 부정 이용 방지, 약관 위반 모니터링

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다:

8. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

  1. 파기 절차: 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
  2. 파기 방법:
    • 전자 파일: 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제
    • 인쇄물: 분쇄 또는 소각

9. 쿠키 및 추적 기술

본 앱은 웹 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 추적 기술이 사용될 수 있습니다:

광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 추적을 제한할 수 있습니다.

10. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 서비스는 만 14세 이상의 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만임이 확인되면 해당 정보를 즉시 삭제합니다.

When a User requests account deletion, all information is promptly destroyed except where retention is required by law.
